• Minor shine loss or color/scale size variations are normal due to individual leather characteristics and organic dye.
• Light-colored leathers may stain from liquids or friction (e.g., rubbing against dark jeans).
• Wood handles/details may vary in tone/shape due to their natural, handmade nature.
• To keep your Pirarucu items looking good over the years, we recommend using a flannel slightly damp in a solution with water and neutral soap for deeper cleaning. Avoid other chemicals.
• Store preferably in the dustbag, away from light, in a ventilated area.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) enforces these regulations to ensure that the trade of such materials is legal, sustainable, and does not harm the conservation of the species involved.
To comply with these requirements, handling fees are applied to cover the costs associated with obtaining the necessary CITES permits for each product, certifying that all shipments meet the highest standards of legal compliance. These measures are in place to protect the environment, support local communities, and provide you with a product that meets global conservation standards.
International Sales: The amount of $261 related to handling fees will be applied on checkout, where fees are related to Cites re-export permit $75 + FWS inspection/ clearance upon export $186.
