• Minor shine loss or color/scale size variations are normal due to individual leather characteristics and organic dye.
• Light-colored leathers may stain from liquids or friction (e.g., rubbing against dark jeans).
• Wood handles/details may vary in tone/shape due to their natural, handmade nature.
• To keep your Pirarucu items looking good over the years, we recommend using a flannel slightly damp in a solution with water and neutral soap for deeper cleaning. Avoid other chemicals.

To comply with these requirements, handling fees are applied to cover the costs associated with obtaining the necessary CITES permits for each product, certifying that all shipments meet the highest standards of legal compliance.
